Ingredients-
1/2 kg Brinjal
tamarind
1 big Onion
Red Chilli(powdered) 2-3 tsp
Cinnamon 2 pieces
Garam Masala powder
Green Chilli 3-4 pieces
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
Method-
1. Make four cuts on brinjals, but don’t seperate them.
