Walnut, Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients-

9/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup butter, softened
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup white sugar
3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
2 eggs
1 package instant butterscotch pudding mix
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup chopped walnuts
12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips

Method-

1. Preheat oven to 190 degrees C.
2. Mix the flour and baking soda and set the mixture aside.
3. Combine the butter,white sugar, brown sugar, vanilla and pudding mix . Stir the mixture constantly, till it becomes creamy.
4. Next, Add the eggs and mix them very well with the mixture.
5. Gradually , stir in the flour mixture, chocolate chips and the chopped walnuts.
6. Drop from a teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheets about 1-2 inch apart.
7. Bake it at about 190 degrees C for about 8 - 10 minutes.

2 pounds shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tsp butter
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup lemon juice
3 fluid ounces dry sherry or Madeira
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp all-purpose flour
3 tsp water
1 tsp canola oil
2 tsp butter
1 cup steak sauce

Fresh Pasta Sauce

Ingredients-

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 clove garlic, sliced
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cans tomato sauce
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp dried oregano
1 cup water
1 tsp processed cheese sauce

Method-

1. In a large frying pan over medium heat, saute’ onion and garlic in the olive oil for about 5 minutes.
2. Add tomato sauce, oregano, pepper, salt, cheese sauce and water. Reduce the heat and simmer till it thickens, for about half an hour.
Serve hot with Pasta.
