Meat
Oil or clarified butter
Whole red chillies
Salt according to the taste

Method-
1. Jungli Maas is easy to prepare and so it does not take much time to prepare. First heat the oil or clarified butter in a pan and put the meat in it.
2. After about ten minutes put salt to it according to the taste, and the whole red chillies.
3. Keep adding little water to it frequently and try to maintain a balance between the boiling and frying part of the meat. Both the activities should be done simultaneously.
4. Cook it till the water dries out and meat becomes a bit tender.
5.Serve it hot, it’s yummy to eat.
