
Ingredients-
2-3 Large tomatoes, diced
1/4 cup Onions(finely diced)
1 large Cucumber (peeled and finely diced)
1-3 Hot green chilies (finely chopped)
3-5 Sprigs Cilantro leaves
7/2 tsp Lemon juice
2-3 tsp Vegan sugar (or granulated sugar)
3/4 tsp Salt
Method-
1. Combine all the above ingredients and mix them very well.
2. Serve the salad chilled.
This recipe goes well with spicy curries.
