Karwari Prawns

Ingredients-

12 pcs Medium sized prawns
4 tsp Lime juice
1 cup Sooji
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
7 pcs Red button chillies
4 tsp Tamarind water
6-7 Curry leaves
5 tsp Oil
1/4 tsp Salt

Method-

1. Make a mixture of lime-juice, red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder and tamarind water, by adding them altogether.
2. Pour the prawns in it and keep the mixture aside for 5 minutes.
2. Coat the marinated prawns with sooji and keep them aside for another 3-4 minutes.
3. In the meantime, heat oil and put the red button chillies in it. After 2 minutes add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, curry leaves and salt to taste to, the tadka is ready.
4. Add ready made coconut chutney to it. Take off fire and keep aside to serve with karwari prawns.
5. Heat oil in a pan and fry the prawns.
6. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
