Ingredients-
2 cup Wheat flour
2-3 tsp Rice flour
2 tsp Oil
6-7 Green chillies(crushed)
300- 400 gm Red carrots (grated)
A small piece of Ginger(grated)
1 cup Coriander leaves
6-7 cloves Garlic (crushed)
1 small bunch of Fresh fenugreek leaves, finely chopped
Buttermilk or yoghurt to bind the dough
1 tsp Sugar
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Method-
1. Finely Chop the fenugreek leaves and Wash them in sufficient of water & allow the water to drain completely.
2. Also wash coriander leaves and chop it.
3. Peel the carrots and grate them.
4. Pour some wheat flour in a big bowl and add all the ingredients to it.
5. The dough is now ready.
6. Take a small sized ball(lemon sized) from the dough and rub in the rice flour and roll it out.
7. Fry it on a griddle.
8. Remove from griddle when fried completely and serve.
