Ladakh beauty Apart from this there are many Monasteries in Ladakh. Lamayuru Gompa dates back to the 10th century and is known to be the oldest house of faith in Ladakh. Shey Gompa, Spituk Gompa, Stok Gompa, Basgo Gompa, Likir Gompa and Klu-khyil Gompa are few other monasteries worth watching.
